Disappointing

I'm a big fan of Indian food and there are a lot of great, authentic Indian restaurants where I'm from. This was a huge disappointment. Though I appreciate they took our booking at a late time compared to their opening hours, the service was confusing and the waiter clearly seemed to struggle understanding what I meant by vegan, even though there were items on the menu labelled vegan. I asked for chapatis since these are normally a safe choice, but they came covered in butter. My main dish was swimming in grease as well. Extortionate pricing for what it was too.

I don't like giving such scathing reviews, but I really didn't have a great experience at all.

Delicious food

Great food and friendly staff who were happy to go through what on the menu was vegan friendly.
