Very accomodating on top of existing options marked vegan

vegan options on the menu and the chef is clearly very accommodating as offered to make a vegan korma as a suitably mild dish for my awful spice tolerance. I ordered a vegan aubergine with fritters option - which was absolutely delicious (made mild on request) with vegan roti.
Would have rated 5 stars if possible for non-veggie establishment - highly recommend

Vegan aware location

Had a great (if not a little spicy) meal here. They can advise on exactly what is vegan or can be veganised and what is not or cannot. Had onion bhajis and and aubergine curry and it was great.

Pros: Vegan options

Suspected dairy in the meal

Be very careful of this restaurant if you're seeking vegan food. I ordered what I was told was fully vegan. Tasted great but later that day and the following day I had all the symptoms of having eating dairy and/or eggs. They told there was none of either but I seriously do not believe them. Be very wary of this place. Since then I've heard others have the same experience.

Vegan Thali 5*

The BEST Indian meal I've ever had (even before I had dietary requirements). I'm vegan and have a gluten free diet.

Pros: Delicious GF roti/naan (similar to an uttapam)., Perfect balance of spice & fresh herbs., Staff -knowledgable -friendly -helpful.

Cons: The toilets -not too bad, but didn't meet high standard of food/service

So good

It is a shame that the City Centre restaurant closed. But this Indian restaurant is worth the trip to Dalkey. They have the best veg samosas I have ever tasted. Slightly pricy, but worth the treat.
Vegan friendly on request

Pros: Great food

Cons: Non City location
