Thali plates available again - Edit
Thali menu is available again and we came to try it out. We had the regular thali at 180 baht. Can be made vegan. Feel free to ask for more rice or curry for a top up. The flavors of all dishes is pretty strong (but the way I like it) so do ask to tone if down if that is your preference.

I wasn't expecting much to be honest mainly because of the look of the place. When the menu arrived my heart sunk a bit... faded bad quality photographs in old worn out plastic pockets inside a ring binder. I ordered the mushroom curry and some mixed rice...
Read moreI was the only person in the restaurant mainly because of covid and not being many tourists in the area, and it took about 25 minutes for my food to arrive which to be honest is probably a good thing because it meant they were cooking it freshly...
WOW the curry was amazing... One of the best mushroom curries I've ever had in fact!!! I'll definitely be coming back even though the prices are quite high for Thailand.... I paid about 400b....

We've been to this restaurant a couple of times now. The owner is very friendly and helpful and if you ask him he'll make the dishes vegan if they aren't already. I was very impressed with the vegetable jalfrezzi.
Read moreIt's a shame that at the present time with hardly any customers they aren't doing the thali plates. Hopefully things will pick up soon for them.
It is easy to park on the street outside the restaurant and while other restaurants near this one have turned us away and said they were closed we have always been welcomed at Jai Jinendra

My Favourite Restaurant in Pattaya! (BEST for Vegans!) - Edit
I eat lots of Indian Food so you could say I am a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to this taste. I had tried many Indian restaurants in Pattaya and this was the best! The owner Sam is a lovely guy with a good understanding of vegan requirements, happily assisting me with the best vegan choices. Amazing taste, authentic spices, clean and hearty, healthy meals served in generous portion sizes. You must try the Masala Shikanji - it will blow your mind! Thank you Sam and team, I will be back again Soon!

Deluxe Thali 210b > 2 Buttered Roti, tasty – Basmati Rice – Poppadum – Salad – Raita, great – Dal Makhani, very good – Mixed Veg, very good but came cold?? – Paneer, good – small portions – they honored my request for no hot spice.
NOTE: The menu said it was to come with Dal Fry and Vegetable Paneer which would have been my preference but it came with a Paneer in a sauce that had no vegetables and with Dal Makhani. They both tasted okay but were not what I ordered or wanted. I told the owner. He did not say anything about why the Mixed Veg was cold (not hot, not warm but cold). He tried to come up with an unsatisfying reason why the Paneer was called vegetable even though it had no vegetables. He told me that the chef had come up with the idea to change to Dal Makhani because it is traditionally not as spicy as Dal Fry and I had asked for no hot spice. Fortunately he replaced it with a Yellow Dal Fry that had no hot spice and that had a fantastic flavor and had veggies mixed in with the lentils. (If you enjoy a great tasting Yellow Dal Fry this is a place to come to.)
Sweet Lassi 70b > delicious, topped with chopped almonds and pistachio nuts which was a nice touch, thick, medium sized glass
