A Perfect Take Away - Edit

A very good Indian restaurant indeed, one of the best tasting and enjoyable take away curries I’ve had in years. The restaurant was busy on a Sunday night which is always a good sign. We confirmed our order would be vegan and went for our usual veg madras, mushroom dansak, tarka dhal, Bombay aloo and Brinjal Bhaji with rice and popadoms. With a 10% payment by cash incentive this came to a fair £35. The food took a short while to prepare which is most encouraging. Every dish was of a high standard with a perfect consistency, level of spice and flavour. I would fully recommend Jaflong to anyone visiting Ripon.

Staff went well out of there way to cater for us. They understood the requirements and talked us through the menu, giving recommendations. Really lovely feel. Stunning aubergine curry - which has become my favourite. It’s the go to place for my veggie and vegan friends in the area.
