This was our second attempt to eat at this restaurant this visit. The first time it was 2:30 pm on a Saturday and it was packed. They had 2, 2-tops in direct son or we had the choose to wait over 30 mins. We waited 15 mins and no one left. We opted for a different restaurant. We still wanted to support this restaurant
Read more(since 2 of our favorite all Vegan restaurants in San Meguel closed this year) so we tried again Sunday at 3:20pm. Most of the customers there, this time, were leaving as we arrived. There was one person eating upstairs so we got to choose our seats.
I ordered a sour lemonade (perfect) and my husband got a Mexican beer that reminded him of a Miller Beer.
I ordered the Mushroom sandwich with fries and the tomato soup (to share) and my husband got the fried mushroom pita. my sandwich was on grilled sourdough. It had a fantastic flavor Especially dipped in the soup. My only criticism was that the bread was a tad oily. I could tell the soup was made with fresh locally grown tomatoes, it just needed a bit less salt. That didn’t stop us from eating the whole bowl. My husband absolutely loved the pita. It cane with vegan tartar and pesto sauces. (Mine came with pesto and ketchup.) the mushrooms were battered perfectly (thin coating) and fried to crunchy perfection. 10 out of 10! He was still talking about it the next day.
Pros: They have several Vegan options, Beautiful plate presentations, Good portion sizes
Cons: It is a bit of a walk from Centro

Great spot with nice terrace with lots of vegan options. I had the chick'n pita which was so good! I got the server to double check the dressing was vegan which he confirmed.
