Vegan bagel fillings include avocado, avocado and hummus, roasted veg and hummus bagel and lettuce and onion. Very limited options in the area as of May '22. Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm, Sat 8:00am-2:00pm, Sun 9:00am-1:00pm.

Very nice

The place itself is very neat and it was fun being there, even the decor is cute so it creates a great atmosphere. The vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu and the staff is friendly.

Pros: Clear menu, Atmosphere was nice, Tasty

Cons: Not a lot of drinking options

Deliciously fresh

We really enjoyed our bagels at Jack’s - there was a separate vegan section on the menu to choose from and the food was nice and fresh. Options included hummus, avocado, toast veggies and salad (and a combination of all). Service was very quick too.

JACK'S BAGELS MOSSEL BAY

Mossel Bay has not yet caught up with the plant based vegan lifestyle... There are very few places that even mention the word vegan on their menu. The vegan menu is more limited that the other franchises but at least they have two options for a starving vegan trying to find food or a vegan who wants to hang out with a friend at a restaurant and not have nothing to order. Hopefully the demand will rise and they will get more options.

Pros: They understand what a vegan is, The bagels are good, They have a juice bar

Cons: Very few options for vegan, Serves non vegan foods, No vegan substitute like vegan cheese or so on.
