Owner is very accommodating to my special dietary needs of no onion/garlic. Very responsive to emails. Portions are very generous. The bean burger was very hearty and satisfying.

Everything I had was tasty, but it needed just a little more extra to be perfect. A little to much oil, a little too dense hushpuppy, a little too dry bun. Overall good meal, though, love having a bbq place to go to!

Went once and plan on returning often to try out all the menu items. The food is truly delicious, and the owner is kind and friendly. He really shows that he cares about his customers’ experience with his business.
Read moreThe original jackfruit BBQ sandwich was delicious, and I chose to have mine with two mac and cheese waffles instead of a bun. Scrumptious! The slaw was fresh and tasty. The Buffalo cauliflower sandwich was also a hit, as was the pizza. The house made bbq and Buffalo sauces are awesome. Can’t wait to try more!
Please note that this is not a restaurant with a storefront where you can go and place your order. It is a kitchen located inside the Hilton Inverness hotel, so you should place your order online ahead of time for takeout or delivery. If doing takeout, you go to the lobby where someone will meet you with your food. There are nice tables outside at the Hilton where you can sit and eat. Breckinridge Brewery also has a restaurant and bar by the hotel lobby.

Read moreWhy? I’m not picky, but I’ve been spoiled! The prices are incredibly fair for the quality and quantity you get. If I’ve ever disliked something it was my personal tastes (not a fan of coconut, but I could tell the coconut butter was top notch!).
So good bye Del Taco. You’re too pricy and bland when this guy is around.
I wasn’t vegan when I had my last true barbeque flavors. Being vegan years later I re-experienced some of those flavors again. Truly, thank you for the experiences!
The recyclable packaging just makes it all the better.
I can only hope we see more chefs like this soon. You rock!

My vehicle now permanently stinks.... way too much oil - Edit
There was so much oil used, after sitting in my car for a short amount of time the bottom of the bag ripped out and the containers were completely drenched while oil was pooled up in my vehicle. I cannot get the stink out after days and it is driving me crazy. Everything that was left in the car now stinks.

Best hush puppies I’ve ever had! So delicious with the maple butter too. I also had the classic jackfruit bbq sandwich with coleslaw, the buffalo cauliflower, arugula salad, and cobbler with ice cream. All excellent! There is no store front. You order online or over the phone and pick up at the Hilton hotel. It’s not super close to where I live, but I will definitely order from here again because it was so delicious and the owner (I assume he was the owner) was very nice! I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious vegan comfort food. I got the green chili mac n cheese and a pulled jackfruit sandwich, and both were great. The owner/chef is also super friendly and clearly cares a lot about his work.

I had the JackBeQue classic, cole slaw, and the green chili Mac n cheeze side. The sandwich was amazing - the sauce was sweet with a nice tang to it. The cole slaw was incredible - I could have eaten a huge bowl of it! And the green chili Mac n cheeze was sooo good - really creamy with just the right amount of heat. I will definitely be eating here again!
