Best Vegan restaurant in the Maejo area! - Edit
The restaurant surprised me with it's astonishingly friendly staff, and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptional and will happily tend to your needs. And the food is tasty! If you're ever in this area, I definitely recommend this place!

Best vegan restaurant north of Chiang Mai - Edit
J Pimkul is a ways into the University town Maejo. It is a really relaxed environment open to the outdoors. The owners are welcoming and offer a buffet style menu. They can also do special orders and make whatever you like. They usually have a half-dozen options as well as various vegan packaged snacks. Also they tend to stock up on local, organic avocados from a nearby farm. The food is also very well priced, much cheaper than the touristy restaurants in CM. If you come to the area, please check out the nearby Maejo Farm. It has some amazing views.
