Lied about their “vegan” items

They cook their tofu in a batter that contains egg and dairy. When I asked if it’s vegan, they said it was. I specified that it shouldn’t have any eggs, dairy, or meat. They said that’s true. Then later, from a different employee, I find out the tofu I’d been consuming for weeks was made up of a batter that had eggs and dairy. When I asked for a refund for the orders, they refused.
