Great vegan menu and authentic Japanese food - Edit
Having been to Japan and tried all kinds of vegan food there, I can totally recommend Izumi in Moscow. The ramen, gyozas, tofu, starters are good. I wish they had even more options. Have been there so many times and always keep coming again.

Cozy and popular place. You better book a table in advance. Vegan menu available. The best vegan ramen I ever tried before. This was really wooooow! 10/10
