Ofrecen varias opciones veganas y vegetarianas, lo cual se agradece. El local es muy bonito y acogedor, los meseros también muy simpáticos. La comida estaba demasiado sabrosa y caliente, se nota que lo hacen en el momento. Me pedí el moyashi ramen ($10.800 clp) y la porción era abundante, quedé muy satisfecha.

Tienen opciones veganas pero no manejan mucho la diferencia entre vegetariano y vegano así que hay que saber preguntar específicamente por ingredientes de origen animal.

Riquísimo ramen ya que, a pesar de tener poquísimos toppings, todo en conjunto con el maravilloso caldo y los fideos perfectos, lo convierte en uno de los mejores. Viene con tofu frito y hay que pedirlo sin el huevo. Muy muy rico acompañado de una cervecita. #Veganuary

I had the tanmen ramen and some avocado maki and both were delicious and fresh! The sushi was being made to order at a counter in the corner of the restaurant. It was a cute little place with not a lot of staff so it was very quick for me as it was quiet but could see things getting slower when busier. They understood the concept of vegan but make sure to check as I think the green leaves on the menu indicate vegetarian rather than vegan.

Excellent Japanese cuisine with many vegan options - Edit
Absolute top. A real Japanese restaurant both in its form, in a nice small and well furnished place, and in its excellent cuisine: I ate yakisoba like only in Japan, and simple and perfect vegan rolls. Magnificent hospitality. I don't know what to say, I will only ever come back here to Puerto Varas.
