Vegan and Vegetarian Options

The miso soup here is excellent, with a warm umami flavor. I could see the miso texture. My only wish would have been more tofu. 
It was happy hour and I ordered the mango margarita. I definitely knew there was alcohol in it, no skimping here.
The fried tofu was different than what I’m used to but it was tasty. I think they used silken tofu instead of firm because there was a lovely outer crust with a soft pillow inside.
