Very good vegetarian restaurant - Edit
Although it is a bit out of the way, it was worth making the effort to get there (we took a taxi from the Himeji castle area). We had the set meal consiting of several small Japanese-style dishes. Everything was delicious and plentiful for a lunch. Very helpful and accommodating staff.

We ate there for lunch after visiting Himeiji's castle. The food was very tasty and fresh and as usual the staff was very nice.

Good for a quick vegan bite after sight seeing - Edit
I visited this restaurant in Sep 16, when it was still located in the aeon shopping center. Therefore, I cannot comment on the new location. The food was very good. I had a lunch menu with yummy
Read moreTeryika and a fresh salad. It was served with a soup, which was a bit stale, but this seems to be the typical lunch menu soup in Japan. Staff speaks english.
