Excellent food and service - Edit
Great food at Ivy, and very friendly servers. When we arrived they were rushed off their feet with a broken oven and a very busy restaurant (the Ironman Challenge was in Hamburg that day) but they managed to cope admirably regardless. Everything was delicious.

Best vegan breakfast - Edit
Guys, stop thinking! Just go there. I had the best Rührtofu of my life (scrambled egg vegan, Persian style). It was not only full of aroma but esthetically pleasing. It comes with Switzerland bread that will make you find hope in life again. It's also extremely clean and the staff was super sweet. Oh, and did I tell you that the coffee is the best I got in Hamburg so far? Stop reading and go have breakfast! 😃

Die Grapefruit-Rosmarin Limonade war sehr gut, der Salat auch. Rührtofu und Aufstrich waren leider ein bisschen zu salzig und die Bedienung extrem langsam obwohl nicht viel los war.

When we arrived it was full so the waiter brought us complimentary tea to keep us warm outside while we waited for a table inside to free up (took about 10 mins but he also already took our order so we didn't have to wait long once we were inside).
Read moreThe food is delicious, good vegan choices and service very attentive and friendly. Interesting choice of drinks (the fresh mint & lemon tea was devine) and the ambience was full but very pleasant. The price is good value for the portion sizes!

I had scrambled tofu for the first time. The persian style option was a little too sweet for my taste. The bread was great, a vegan butter would have been a better fit than the vegan spread (mostly consisting of onions..). Very interesting (hot and cold) drinks on the menu.

Das Rührtofu war sehr lecker, vielleicht eine Spur zu ölig.
Der Café Latte mit Hafermilch war sehr gut, hervorzuheben ist, dass für Hafermilch kein Aufschlag gezahlt werden muss.
Was uns fehlte, war ein Glas Leitungswasser. In anderen Ländern wird dies selbstverständlich und kommentarlos auf den Tisch gestellt, in Deutschland ist es aber leider immer noch eine Seltenheit.
Pros: Ambiente , Essen, Service
Cons: Kein kostenloses Leitungswasser zum Essen.
