A burger, a smoothy bowl and a falafel bowl salad.
The burger was really nice and tasty. The smoothy bowl was absolutely one of the best I've eaten ever anywhere. The falafel salad was perfect! Seriously delicious!
Everything was so delicious that I had to try their desserts. I got 2. A passionfruit cheesecake and macha one too. Both some of the best desserts you'll find in Saigon, vegan or not.
Great staff. Lovely ambiance inside. Great location.

Read moreFound three vegan places close to Central Palace Hotel, this one was the second (after Roots) and last one we had time to visit, on our last day in Việt Nam.
After strolling the Ben Thanh Market, buying vietnamese drip coffee makers, vietnamese coffee, an insense box, small red buddha statue and dried ginger, we went to IVEGAN as a last stop on this two week Asia trip (actually the last one was Pasteur Craft Beer, spontaneously discovered on the way back to the hotel :D).
Dish deets below:
Main:
- Vegan meat burger (Beetroot, black bean, mushroom, oat & lentil, romain lettuce, pickled cucumber, bbq cheese sauce, mustard, mayonaise) [550 cal / 35 gr fat / 29 gr carb / 21 gr protein] 140k dong
Drinks:
- Avobana (Organic spirulina, avocado, almond milk, banana, kale, dried coconut) 80k dong
The pink burger was pleasant although a bit dry, it definitely lacked some more sauce. Good flavors, but could've been a lot juicier.
The banana and avocado drink was way too think and was a bit hard to drink actually, would have been a lot better a bit less thick. Tasty dried coconut flakes on top though!
Overall an adequate experience, but I definitely had better on this trip.
All my love for doing the vegan thing though, you go guys!
Upsides:
- Proudly vegan!
- Their stylish lookbook with nicely shot images and descriptions of their dishes
- They sell some products (like the coconut bowls I got)
- Large variety of dishes
Downsides:
- Food took quite some time, even with very little visitors at the time, although well staffed
- They were out of a lot of things, a couple of burgers and every single cake, with only had a few cookies left

Read moreI got a juice and a vedic bowl. It cost about 8usd, so it's more expensive that some of the more local options. It's totally worth it though.
The portion was a good size. It wasn't just filler carbs like you find a lot of places. The bowl had tempeh in it. It was properly seasoned and the right texture, which rarely happens. The sauce went well with the contents of the bowl, which was squash, cashews, avocado and sprouts amongst other things.
There really wasn't anything I could knock it for even if I wanted to.
Go here it's good.

We’ve come here several times. Food tasted good. But in my Tokyo Bowl most of the lettuce was old and wilting. It wasn’t the heat of ingredients. It was old. Better attention to detail would help them… especially because the prices are on the higher side.

Greek style decoration, the staff are friendly and they prepare the dishes quickly, about 12 minutes for my dishes. The food are good, not so sweet, great sauce to accompany burger.

To be honest, ivegan has satisfied me at the lunch. The restaurant's space brought a relaxing and cozy feeling. The service staffs here were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I asked pretty much the whole menu, but they always kindly give a clear answer ^^. I ordered 1 burger and 1 pizza. Both give me a light feeling when dining. The dish impresses from the first moment and feels light right after that. A little bit of drawback is that the space is kind of small, but it still brought coziness.
