Thanks to the team’s flexibility, they opened the restaurant especially for us, turning a regular Tuesday evening into an exclusive, memorable experience.
Food
The weekly rotating menu showcases the best of seasonal produce with creative vegan twists. I started with the silky cauliflower soup, finished with a delightfully salty granola that added a satisfying crunch. The green orzo with chickpeas followed. The dessert was also very tasty; some could not even finish it after the previous dishes. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavour, and beautifully plated. The whole party was impressed.
Service
The service was outstanding. Knowing that vegan options are limited in Lille, especially on weekday evenings, the staff went above and beyond: they opened the restaurant especially for our group of 13. We booked several weeks in advance via email.
Value for money
For just €30 per person, we received a filling three‑course menu plus a drink—a fantastic price‑to‑quality ratio for such personalised attention.
Bottom line
Itsy Bitsy delivers a luxurious yet intimate vibe, a seasonally driven vegan menu, top‑notch service, and excellent value. If you’re planning a private gathering or simply want a standout vegan dinner in Lille, this is the place to book.

Un très gros coup de cœur ! Le lieu est cosy et calme, la nourriture de saison et délicieuse. C’est pour moi un très bon équilibre entre une cuisine type « bistrot » et des recettes plus élaborées. Ma famille (pourtant carniste) a été très convaincue aussi ! La carte change régulièrement donc c’est parfait pour tester de nouvelles choses😄

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois chez Itsy Bitsy aussi bien en amoureux, qu’avec des amis ou en famille. Nous nous sommes toujours régalés. Le lieu et le personnel sont très agréable et chaleureux. Ça change des restaurants vegan qui proposent des burgers.

Read moreNous avons pris une entrée à partager (crème de radis pointe d'asperge et crumble de légumes) puis un plat chacun (Tajine de légume avec falafels / Salade roquette lentilles patate douce avocat sésame grillé houmous) et nous nous sommes laissés tenter par les desserts (cake au citron / cookie choco pécan).
Tout était très bon, les portions sont satisfaitantes et j'ai hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir l'évolution de la carte, qui change chaque semaine pour proposer des produits de saison.

They have a small but very thoughtfull changing menu, there are 3-4 options each for starters, main and dessert.
Read moreI had roasted cauliflower, couscous with samosa and some vegetable stew and an apple cake. Each dish had multiple components and you can tell they put lots of effort into their food.
If you want to get multiple dishes I would recommend getting starter and main instead of main and dessert, the dessert was still good, but imo something you can easily get somewhere else.

One of only a few Vegan restaurants in Lille. Amazingly good! The have small weekly menus and the prizes are slightly high (like everywhere in Lille). At first I thought the size was a bit small but it was actually incredibly filling!
