Schlechtestes Gyoza ever

Ok

Food was OK but a tad expensive for what you get. I have had better Japanese food elsewhere but still did the job. Loads of vegan options which is a plus point

Good but…

It has good number of vegan options but I do think that theyre pretty over prices for what they sell

Itsu

Itsu is a fast casual restaurant with a slightly more upscale feel but with reasonable prices. The menu is Asian-inspired and seems to gravitate more towards Japanese. Itsu's vegan offerings have expanded substantially over the years to include some delicious offerings, all of which are clearly marked on the menu and on the food packaging.

The Detox Miso Noodle Soup is still one of my favorites (and it's low calorie) but sometimes it can have too much seaweed (depends on who makes it). My new favorite menu items include the Veggie Dragon Roll (complete with vegan mayo!), the Veggie Meatballs & Coconut Soup, and the Veggie Gyoza Noodle Bowl. There are plenty of additional vegan and vegetarian options offered not mentioned in my review that are also worth trying. As previously mentioned, everything is clearly marked on the menu and on the packaging. Most staff seem to be pretty aware and knowledgeable of vegan options (a more common and accepted diet in the UK) in case you have questions about ingredients / menu items. (I personally would rate this a 3.5 given that it's a chain but bumped it up to 4 since half ratings are not allowed and this is actually a nice, higher quality, and healthy food option.)

Queues always move fast.

Some more options for vegans with varying flavours would be welcome.

Affordable, pleasant and tasty

Went here with my non-vegan sister, we both had options to choose from, both from the bentos, the sushi and the hot meal selection.
The Design of the place is young, accommodating for tourists and the place is clean. I really liked the fact that they have charging stations at every table (via usb ports). The food was great, I took the veggie rice bowl. The portions are just the right size, not too big and not too small.
Only problem I have is the bathroom - too small for such a place, we had to wait for a while before we could use it.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Tasty food, thoughtful design of the space (usb ports for ex.)

Cons: Not enough bathroom stalls
