Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi restaurant with vegan choices such as vegetable dumplings (stuffed with soy and leeks), veggie threesome sushi rolls (avocado, carrot, green beans, chives), avocado baby rolls, veggie box, sushi salad. All are clearly labeled vegan online and in store. Vegan sides include edamame beans, miso soup, udon noodles. Sushi boxes are half price half an hour before closing. Has multiple locations. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-6:00pm.

Easy and cheap - Edit
Love itsu for their array of vegan options, baby avo rolls with spicy sauce are my favourite. I haven't myself, but I'm pretty sure if they don't have what you want on the shelf they can make some up for you, which is good to know. Also the fact that all the sushi boxes go half price before closing is great :)
