Service was fast and friendly, place was clean. Fries were good. Greens (kale) and cornbread were very bland. Greens should have been strained before being served. Got the vhilly cheesesteak, it was not good. Bun should have been toasted, steak should have been sliced thin, instead it was still in chunks. Should have leaned into peppers and onions. I tried a couple bites of everything and then straight in the trash.

The Vhilly cheesesteak (like Philly cheesesteak) was amazing. I had a side of collard greens which was also very good. I would definitely come back to try the rest of their southern vegan fare.

I grabbed the chicken fried steak with yams and Mac and cheese. The chicken fried steak is on a bed of mashed potatoes and smothered in gravy. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The potatoes had a great texture and the gravy was very flavorful. The taste of the yams was great. The mac and cheese weren’t for me.

Had the philly cheesesteak which was really well seasoned. Highly recommend! The chicken sandwich was ok. Also ordered a side of queso which was delicious. The fries are delicious. All vegan. Small business, we were only ones there on Sunday afternoon so we had fast service. Cashless business.

Stopped in to grab a bite. Had the nachos and the Philly steak both were good. The place didn’t seem open, but I think they do a lot of to go orders. I also have the yams they were delicious !

I ordered their nachos as a to-go order, and I think they would have been good, but they were soggy. I didn't realize that they wouldn't deconstruct to-go nachos orders since some other restaurants do that for to-go and delivery orders.
Read moreBe sure to time out your drive to the restaurant before ordering to-go nacho orders or possibly ask them to deconstruct the nachos if needed to avoid them being soggy. I'm sure they're delicious when they're not soggy and when dining in. I will try them again and update my review!

To be completely honest, the food was okay! I would go back if I’m in the area and need a bite to eat, but I wasn’t head over hills for it. My husband and I ordered the Wonton Nachos which were amazing but the Fish and Shrimp Basket (which I don’t see on the menu anymore) wasn’t that good. I would like to try their sandwiches one day though.

We ordered the nachos, country fried chicken with Mac and cheese and yams, and 4 sides yams, greens, cabbage, and fries. Nachos were amazing best I’ve had in awhile. All the sides were good. Yams and greens taste grandma made. Least favorite was the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes, they were bad but didn’t stand out like the other dishes. Will visit again to get the nachos and try other dishes.

Ordered the deluxe country chiken fried dinner and it was not good. The fried chiken had absolutely no flavor which I was shocked by. Curly fries were soggy. Mac and cheese just wasn’t there for me. The only thing I enjoyed was the greens and the cornbread.

I don’t know why this place is not overflowing with people. It was really quiet both times we visited but the food was incredible. The cabbage was so good I could eat a gallon of it. The mashed potatoes were heaven sent. The cheese steak sandwich, chicken fried seitan, and fish and chips were all top notch. But the mac & cheese was a level beyond. The best I’ve ever had in my many years of vegan travel. We will definitely be back!

This is my third time trying ITSO Vegan. First time was okay, it was over the summer can’t name exactly what I got (some sort of burger or chx sandy) through a third party takeout service. I tried them again recently. I dined with my daughter. Woman at the front was super friendly and I got the Nachos. I ate the whole portion, that’s how good they were. Daughter had what she lives off of, French fries lol. Fries were fries, nothing too special. Went back today and ordered the Philly, also the best plant based “cheesesteak” I’ve have besides going to Philly. They are on the pricier side but some of the best vegan comfort food near Mansfield. I am looking forward to trying other options in the future.

Great menu selections of all types of vegan recreated comfort foods. I had the Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and it was really good. I'll be back later in the week before I head back home!

Great food, great portion sizes, and fast! - Edit
The Air Conditioning wasn't working when I was there - but since I like things a little warm that didn't bother me. I ordered the Salisbury Steak, with greens and cabbage. I had the order in front of me in under five minutes. The flavor and texture of everything was great! The cabbage had a hint of 'bacon' flavor (not real bacon I'm sure) and the greens had a slight spicy tang that was very good. You got two steaks over two piles of mashed potatoes all covered in their gravy. Normally, I would not have been able to eat it all, but it tasted so good and I was a little extra hungry, so I managed to clean my plate.
Read moreOnly negative is the use of Styrofoam serving containers instead of washable dishes or something recyclable. But I'm going to guess that they are trying to keep the prices lower (washing dishes means paying for more help, recyclable containers are much more expensive), so I can't really fault them for that. It would be nice to have the option to pay extra for that choice and let the market decide what they think is important, but maybe they already tried that.
Can't wait to go back!

Their T-Luxe Nachos is amazing. The chips stay crunchy even though they are soaked with nachos. And the portion is generous. I am a 150 lbs guy and was already full only half way through.
