Cauliflower wings!

Ate here when they were based at Baltic Market. Lovely staff. Delicious food (we had the cauliflower wings in ginger beer batter with cajun sweet potato fries - amazing!). Looking forward to their vegan takeovers of The Bagelry :)

Pros: Tasty food, Lovely staff

Cons: No permanent location in Liverpool

Amazing!

I've not found anywhere I love as much as Ital Fresh...I dream about this food regularly! It's just so good!
I've taken omni friends along and everyone I take raves about it and wants to go back.
The only downside is the limited opening hours and days (I want to go more than I am able)

Pros: Amazing food, Friendly staff, Nice vibe

Cons: Limited opening hours

Fantastic!

Everything is vegan and everything we have had from Italfresh has been yummy so far. I love that they add fresh fruit such as mangos to their rice and beans - it is both healthy and tasty. The plantain is a firm favourite too. Whenever we get the excuse we get take out there on a Thursday. We find an excuse most weeks

Cons: It is only open on a Thursday evening
