Not a true ital restaurant, not even vegan. - Edit
I have been eating at this restaurant for years and found out today that they use butter and vegetable oil when preparing their dishes. I should have suspected when they started serving mac and cheese. What kind of ital restaurant serves dairy?! I am very disappointed as this is a black owned establishment that I enjoyed throwing my money at but will not any longer. Sell whatever type of food you you like but be upfront and let your customers know what they are eating!

Simply Delicious - Edit
I absolutely love this spot. A good friend of mine turned me on to this spot in 2019 and I have been a customer ever since. They have many vegan food options to choose from and the vegan patties R great. The seamoss blends R awesome. My favorites were the mango and the soursop blends. Last, but not least, they have a pleasant/patient staff.

Delicious Vegan options - Edit
I go to Brooklyn college and have been looking for some vegan food in the area, as it has a lot of commercial and fast food joints, when I happened upon Ital Fusion. The entire table of grains and veggies is vegan so there are hundreds of options to make bowls. I got the Trini Callaloo on top of spinach rice — topped with beets and I nearly licked my plate. It was so freaking delicious and for a fair price!! This is gonna be my new spot😄thanks to the guys in the back who helped me with my options and hooked me up with some eggplant to try too! He also mentioned all of the patties are vegan! Can’t wait to try one of those next. (I could only give a max of 4 stars as they aren’t fully Veg but it’s 5⭐️ in my book!)
