Tasty salad

The 'vegan life' salad is healthy, delicious and satisfying. I love that the ingredients are chopped and that every bite is a burst of goodness that you eat with a spoon instead of a fork. I have been here many times and I keep coming back as itโ€™s hard to come by such a delicious and satisfying salad.

They also offer the option to create your own salad, but trust me, you donโ€™t need to. The โ€œvegan lifeโ€ salad is perfect as it is. Try it and you will see why I am hooked on it.

Good salad but beware!!

The menu at this salad spot indicates multiple vegan items, when in fact, with the exception of the vegan life salad, the things labeled with green leaves are actually vegetarian.
The leaf says ๋น„๊ฐ„, but itโ€™s not!!

Basically your only option is to build your own salad or get the vegan life. The miso ginger dressing that it comes with is vegan, but the pesto dressing labeled with a green vegan leaf has cheese in it. The side dishes contain milk. They even have their yogurt labeled as vegan, but it comes from a cow! They just arenโ€™t quite up to speed on the difference between vegan and vegetarian..

All that said, it was good and thereโ€™s not much else in the Hyundai mall currently, so Iโ€™d definitely eat it again.

Good to have Vegan options while eating with colleagues.

Don't be fool by the portion, its very filling and nice. They have tempeh which is hard to find in Korea.
