Good plant-based option

Ital food with meat substitutes prepared each day. Various rice and potatoes each day. Juices and veggies vary depending on the day.

Pros: All vegan, Plant based protein meat substitutes , Inexpensive

Cons: Carb heavy choices, Few tables, No a/c

Three Lunches Here

Good experience. Nice people. Very carb-heavy food, but plant-based. Pretty tough to eat US $3.00 (600 Guyanese) worth of food. Offerings change a little, day-to-day.

Good buffet

This vegetarian restaurant has a largely vegan menu. The hot buffet changes daily and you can choose what you want on your plate. A good opportunity to try some new Creole flavours at a good price. Staff are friendly and it's easy to find.
