They don't skimp on the veggies. - Edit
Cooked before your eyes. They don't skimp on the veggies. Easy to walk around town with in a paper cup that's more eco friendly than a plastic to go cup. I love that the vegan version is openly labeled as vegan.

Cool joint and very accommodating to vegans. Not a ton of options but the ones they have are really tasty. I had the soba noodles with veggies. Amazing.

The noodles were so … hearty? Idk the right word but they were tender and cooked perfectly. The veggies were well blended. I was worried I didn’t get enough sauce but every bite was perfectly coated! The owner was super friendly and very considerate when packaging our food to go, he offered to wrap my food separate from my husbands because my husband ordered meat! Definitely recommend, and it was super fast service!

Amazing Vegan Noodles - Edit
There were two options when I went: vegan noodles and the vegan noodles with chicken. The noodles were absolutely delicious. You should totally check out this place if you are in Ruidoso!

Open air environment serving Soba noodles with vegetables, wok fried. Nice people. Served in to go container. In the Village and has outdoor seating. Can spice it up with sriracha!
