Wonderful vegan friendly restaurant

I stayed at Isla Verde hotel for 4 nights and had numerous breakfasts and dinner every night- they adapted beautifully to veganism. I had different 3 course dinners each night and delicious breakfasts, hot and cold. I even had freshly made soy yoghurt one morning. Great coffee too.

Pros: Really vegan friendly, Lots of variety , All very fresh ingredients
