surprising

We came after the lunch menu, but both soups of the day (lentil and sweet potato) were vegan. Surprisingly large assortment of vegan cakes. Soup and cake both were tasty. Plant milk (oat) for coffee was available. Very nice staff.

Good vegan options

Came here mid morning so only had a cake (which was delish) but I was really impressed with how many vegan options were on the menu!

Vegan options are here !

It's always difficult as a vegan to be sure to find suitable options when you travel.

Even if it's not a full menu, I really like the fact that the Kelpies Visitor Center had decent vegan options !

The cake was really nice and fluffy 🍰

Pros: Vegan friendly visitor center, Vegan VS veggie options clearly labelled

Lovely lunch

Good options and great value. All our group were happy (two vegans, three omnis). Both us vegans had a chilli with rice then lovely cake!

Nothing to eat.

Yeah. Careful with this place. Only vegan option when I visited was the tomato soup. I ordered it and received... one ladle's worth. Never again. Rubbish.

Pros: Polite staff, Nice views

Cons: Virtually no vegan food (soup only), Tiny portions. Doll house size., Watery coffee.

Good to have vegan options at this tourist spot

Great to have some vegan options when visiting the Kelpies. They had three choices of vegan cake when I visited so I went for the victoria sponge which was amazing. Soya milk for hot drinks too, and a cake and hot drink together are £4.50 which isn't bad at all. As far as I could see the only hot food options were baked potato with beans or salad but I didn't ask the staff so maybe there are more options.
