Pretty good options, beyond burger is thoughtfully done - Edit
The avocado toast is flavorful with pickled mustard seeds, although I wish it was on better bread. The beyond burger is a nice departure from the typical plain beyond burgers around that are just offered out of pity — this one comes standard with a vegan chipotle aioli and a vegan brioche bun! There are also little energy balls, made of date, coconut, and other dried fruits. Vegan milks available for coffee. Hopefully they bring back a vegan pastry soon!

Excellent coffee - Edit
Coffee is phenomenal and is roasted at the roastery down the road. All of the baristas are excellent and really know coffee, so drinks are consistently delicious. Plenty of milk alternatives as well as a couple vegan menu items, such as the beyond burger and avocado toast. They occasionally have a vegan soup of the day or bakery case item.
