S.O.S. Where are you?! - Edit
As someone with a Caribbean background who grew up eating traditional Caribbean food, I must say that this is literally the best take out food I’ve eaten in this whole city. Ever. Hands- down.

I pulled up to the location on bank street only to find that this restaurant no longer exists… that very nearly almost ruined my day.

New Vegan Food Truck - Edit
Heard about this place recently, and went there for lunch. The food is amazing, the wait was short. If not for the heat I would have stayed to eat there, they had great music to listen to.

Good food in the ‘burbs. - Edit
Ottawa has been lacking in a vegan Caribbean option so Irie Green fills a welcome home. Owned and operated by a young Rastafarian, it is the real deal and the food is good. The only down side, depending on where you live and if you have a car, is that it is situated in the suburbs of Ottawa, so it takes a bit of effort to get there. But we’ll worth it when you do!

Cons: far out there in the ‘burbs, but worth the drive
