Very good vegan Gyoza and Ramen - Edit
Plenty of space so you are most likely to get a seat. Very very good ramen, especially for the price and awesome Gyoza. With two people and drinks you are about to pay 4000 JPY so about 25€. It’s a very nice place to eat when you are visiting Shinjuku.

Wonderful options- not a huge selection but the ramen is very good indeed. I’m not into gyoza, and theirs was okay- perhaps those who love gyoza will enjoy it more.

Sadly Its Very Hidden, you have to go to Shinjuku Station and then go to Lumine Est to the 8 floor (the escalator only goes up to the 7th floor so you have to take and find the stairs that lead to the last floor, 8th floor) and then its at the very end and its quite hidden behind other restaurants. Look for this Kanji 一風堂)

The Tonkotsu Ramen was pretty good, but I'd recommend against the Shoyu Ramen. It's unpleasantly smokey, to the point where I couldn't taste anything else. The gyoza was cooked decently but had very little flavor. Overall a bit of a disappointment, as we've had excellent vegan ramen elsewhere in Tokyo.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a ramen chain, but we were sooo impressed with the quality of the broth in both types of vegan ramen they offer, especially the tonkotsu!! Creamy, complex and perfectly seasoned! Great chewy noodles. And a nice open bright environment. A great place to grab dinner on our way home after a busy day sightseeing. Will definitely be back!

Vegan ramen worthy of 5 stars! ⭐️ - Edit
Initially hard to locate. It’s on the 8th floor (at the north end) of Lumine East, attached to the Shinjuku train station. Was able to walk-in and join a short line (only a couple people ahead of me) to order. Fast service. The cashier spoke some English and could confirm that the dishes I selected were vegan. They only have two vegan ramen options and a vegan side dish (gyoza).

The ramen was great! Creamy, delicious and flavorful! Highly recommend! Vegan options are clearly mentioned however there’s no English menu. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The gyoza’s were okay but wouldn’t order then again, the ramen were the star of the show for me.
