There's only one vegan ramen but it's so good! The broth was super flavorful and the tofu slices were delicious. And don't forget to help yourself to the complimentary bean sprouts salad!

Best ramen I've tried. Sometimes plant based ramen can lack flavor (even in plant based restaurants) or protein. But not here. Everything is great. Mock pork, the broth (fragrant and umami packed), veggies. It's convenient to order from a tablet (especially for foreigners). The price and serving size is great

English menu with veg option clearly labelled. Also transparent regarding ingredient origin! Very tasty and hearty vegan ramen. I loved that it actually had vegan ”pork” instead of just veggies/mushroom, making it actually filling.

We had the “peace and love” special last night at the Ippudo in Forus Kanazawa near Kanazawa station (it’s not currently listed on Happy Cow) and it was so good we had the exact same thing for lunch at the other Ippudo location.
Read moreIf I was in a situation where I could only eat one same meal for the rest of my life, I would be happy for it to be this. It’s got a great mix of fresh vegetables, hot soup, and filling noodles, with great flavour and texture variety. Bizarrely it comes with granola, including oats and a few dried cranberries, on the side to mix in, but the cranberries just added a bit of extra intrigue.
