Nirvana Classic is the BEST vegan ramen!

I came here for a team dinner, and the Nirvana Classic ramen (which I confirmed with the restaurant is vegan) is one of the most delicious ramen I've ever had. The mushroom infused broth, made with soy milk, is so creamy and flavorful. The enoki mushroom tempura was so delicious and adds great texture to the dish. There are plenty of vegan options on the menu, so that was fantastic. Great place to go to that accommodates many dietary restrictions without compromising on the flavor.
