super lieux complètement végétalien avec un vrai travail d'épice et d'herbes qui définissent les plats et leur donne du caractère
Pros: plats crus. plats pour tous moments de la journée

Original and fresh - Edit
We went there to get a small and quick bite for lunch and we were definitely satisfied.
We both had the croque-chaud, an alternative version of the falafel sandwich you can get at the Indian/Lebanese joint. The wrapping is homemade and glutenfree (rice and buckwheat flour), you may choose your assortment of veggies and to put falafel or/and kefta on top. Great tahini sauce!
Maybe a bit pricier than your regular falafel but the freshness and the originality of this one makes up for it!
Pros: Gluten free Organic Everything homemade
Cons: A bit pricey

Healthy food at moderate prices! - Edit
We stopped at the In Vita store on a weekend trip in Toulouse. It offers different "Croques", pita-like Kebabs, containing vegetables (you can decide between "raw" and a "wok"-Version), seeds, kefta/falafel and sauce. The store also offers salads, smoothies/juices, breads, quiches and some other stuff. We ordered a 'cru' (= raw) and a 'chaud' (= wok-vegetables) croque and were all in all satisfied, (although the sauce was not soo well seasoned in our opinion). The staff was very friendly, kefta and Falafel were very delicate and all ingredients totally fresh. If you are looking for a healthy and vegan meal in Toulouse, you can definitely try the In Vita. Prices are moderate. A lot of the selled products are marked as gluten-free.
Pros: nice staff, a lot of gluten free options
Cons: croque-sauce was not so well seasoned

Délicieux ! - Edit
We were looking for vegan stuff for lunch and... woaw!
Everything was great and rich. In our galette, there were a lot of vegetables, sprouted seeds and seeds. Falafel and kefta were also brilliant, as were the sauces.
Same for the smoothie and the dessert.
Moreover, the owner and his wife (?) were super nice.
A very good spot!
Pros: Delicious, Vegan, Nice price
Cons: Better to take away, very small shop

Healthy and tasty place! - Edit
This new veggie place offers delicious food. The speciality is cold or hot vegetables with falafel and kofta wrapped in a French galette. Koftas are excellent and vegetables are fresh. Everything is organic and gluten free. The only non vegan thing is feta that you can or not put in your galette. They also have raw and vegan desserts and excellent drinks (fresh juices, tchaï, hot chocolate). The owner is very friendly and the place is near the city center. However, the place is very small so it is recommended to come here to take away.
Pros: 99% vegan choices including desserts, healthy and good food, friendly owner, nice drinks, gluten free
Cons: not 100% vegan, small
