Repas parfait - Edit

Was very nice, I didn't realize beforehand that it was a gluten free mainly raw restaurant, so was a bit sceptical after ordering however was very pleasantly surprised. I had a rice cake with lentil kofta, falafel and sauteed vegetables which was really good and was filling

De moins en moins bien. - Edit

Okay - Edit
The food is very good, but the prices are SO high. I've only been once and this is what is preventing me from returning because otherwise I enjoyed my meal. I had a plate with several things, it wasn't exceptionally big, just about a normal plate, and it cost just under 20€...

Emphasis on healthy food - Edit
Simple decorating venue with reasonable amount of tables and modern kitchen.
Read moreAt lunch time you can choose from three different types of menus: 1) a raw burger or a salad 2) some wok dish 3) plate of the day. Each meal deal comes with a dessert.
I had the meal of the day which contained a vegan omelette (not tofu omelette, something different, can't even tell what), some quinoa, some grilled veggies and some sprouts. Very good indeed! Healthy meal and big portion. The omelette wasn't that convincing though - a bit stale and dry; still alright though.
The restaurant seems to be family-run: husband and wife and their little daughter. It's a children-friendly venue for that matter, too.
Seems to be popular particularly for brunches.
As far as I am concerned, it's a bit odd to make anything without gluten but that doesn't upset me either.
Reasonable priced.
Overall a pleasant visit - I would go again!

Delicious, inventive, flavorful snack-place - Edit
The offering might be simple, but the flavors are well worth the detour. The falafel was served with hummus and salad (salad is a deceptive name, considering it included many ingredients, all perfectly sliced and cooked: carrots, broccoli, red cabbage, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, zucchini, grilled eggplant, with a flavorful tamari sauce) inside a buckwheat crêpe. The texture of all was truly great.

Original and fresh - Edit
We went there to get a small and quick bite for lunch and we were definitely satisfied.
Read moreWe both had the croque-chaud, an alternative version of the falafel sandwich you can get at the Indian/Lebanese joint. The wrapping is homemade and glutenfree (rice and buckwheat flour), you may choose your assortment of veggies and to put falafel or/and kefta on top. Great tahini sauce!
Maybe a bit pricier than your regular falafel but the freshness and the originality of this one makes up for it!
Pros: Gluten free Organic Everything homemade
Cons: A bit pricey

Healthy food at moderate prices! - Edit
We stopped at the In Vita store on a weekend trip in Toulouse. It offers different "Croques", pita-like Kebabs, containing vegetables (you can decide between "raw" and a "wok"-Version), seeds, kefta/falafel and sauce. The store also offers salads, smoothies/juices, breads, quiches and some other stuff. We ordered a 'cru' (= raw) and a 'chaud' (= wok-vegetables) croque and were all in all satisfied, (although the sauce was not soo well seasoned in our opinion). The staff was very friendly, kefta and Falafel were very delicate and all ingredients totally fresh. If you are looking for a healthy and vegan meal in Toulouse, you can definitely try the In Vita. Prices are moderate. A lot of the selled products are marked as gluten-free.

Délicieux ! - Edit
We were looking for vegan stuff for lunch and... woaw!
Everything was great and rich. In our galette, there were a lot of vegetables, sprouted seeds and seeds. Falafel and kefta were also brilliant, as were the sauces.
Same for the smoothie and the dessert.
Moreover, the owner and his wife (?) were super nice.
A very good spot!
Pros: Delicious, Vegan, Nice price
Cons: Better to take away, very small shop

Healthy and tasty place! - Edit
This new veggie place offers delicious food. The speciality is cold or hot vegetables with falafel and kofta wrapped in a French galette. Koftas are excellent and vegetables are fresh. Everything is organic and gluten free. The only non vegan thing is feta that you can or not put in your galette. They also have raw and vegan desserts and excellent drinks (fresh juices, tchaï, hot chocolate). The owner is very friendly and the place is near the city center. However, the place is very small so it is recommended to come here to take away.
