Super disappointing experience

I was super excited to try the vegan options here. My partner and I ordered together on one ticket. We also had two friends who ordered food as well. The restaurant forgot my order. We asked about it around 4 times. Each time the staff assured us my food would be out shortly without checking our ticket. After everyone had ate and finished their food we asked once again about my food. Where the staff got frustrated claimed they thought they had brought our food. Then they brought out my food in a to go container, no instructions, no utensils, no tray and left when I was dining in. I had no idea how to cook my ramen and had nothing to eat with it. So we once again asked for assistance and I was finally able to eat. The food was good. But not worth the awful experience I had. I wish I could say something more positive. I think the staff was overwhelmed with orders I just wish they had more patience, understanding and better customer service. Giving them two stars because the ramen was good. But the wait time and customer service were some of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.
