These are some good cookies - Edit
I appreciate that they have a few different options for vegans. I think my favorites were the gluten free chocolate chip cookies. They even deliver. Insomnia goes to great lengths to label the boxes for their vegan vs their vegan/gluten free cookies. This may be helpful for someone who is sensitive to gluten.
