Very good cheap food

I had the chickpea curry which was very good and chapati was outstanding. Owner is a bit goofy but lovable and generous. His english is very good and he knows vegan!
Best indian place for vegans.

Amazing food - amazing host

Had a vegan channa masala and a vegan bartha, served with rice and chapati - both dishes were veeeeery delicious. The crazy and nice guy Stan (he called himself the “Eminem of Myanmar”) tried hard to be a good host. Would give 5 stars if I could.

Go here! 👊

The owner is top class and I went here twice because it was such a great experience. He knows what veganism is so was able to adapt the dishes for me. Onion and garlic chipati was really good.

Pros: Top class service , Owner knows what veganism is , Lots of options

Cons: No cons

Incredible

I generally prefer vegan places but the owner really knows what veganism is and will do his best to respect it (no milk, no animal oil, etc.)
As a vegan, to me it’s better than the vegetarian restaurants of the city !

Good Indian food!

The owner is a bit weird, but the food is delicious and fresh! However, I do advise you to ask him whether he can make the chapatis vegan, because he told us that he usually puts egg on them. Sauce can be made with cashews instead of cream.

Pros: Fresh, authentic Indian food, Reasonably priced

Cons: Long wait

Tasty Indian food

The food is very tasty and a bit spicy. It's cheap and you get a lot of food for one portion.

Pros: Understand well English, cheap

A must-go in Nyaungshwe

Run (and decorated) by apparently Eminem’s greatest fan and his mom, this place offers great Nepalese / North Indian vegan food (also meat on the menu) and is a destination worth visiting by itself. We had great fun!
And the host’s English is perfect. Probably thanks to Eminem... :-)

Pros: Great food, Great host , Low prices

Cons: If you don’t like Eminem... still go check it out

Amazing North Indian-Nepalese food! Happy to veganise meals.

Eminem-themed North Indian-Nepalese restaurant, very nice and friendly atmosphere. Good and authentic Indian food. Owner is very knowleadgable of the vegan/vegetarian concept.
