Vegan eatery. Relocated from Jr. Santiago Giralgo 167. Set menu and a salad buffet, plus soup and a choice of two dishes for the main which come with either quinoa or brown rice, a small pudding and drink. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-4:00pm, Sun 11:00am-4:00pm.

Highly recommend!!! - Edit
Came across Inka Vegan after a 24 hour bus journey from Lima! Everything was fantastic!!! My boyfriend and I went for the set lunch which included a salad buffet (I'm not a fan of buffets but everything was so fresh, delicious and healthy), a hearty soup, a choice between two mains (we both had a pumpkin stew with quinoa, you can have quinoa or brown rice with the main), a fig based dessert and a drink (free refills too!) This all cost 10 soles each!!! The staff are all really lovely and friendly (not sure if English is spoken as we speak Spanish) and the restaurant is very relaxing with gentle music playing and incense burning. We highly recommend Inka Vegan!!!
