The vegan binto was so good! We got it take away because of corona but I can't wait to go back and eat there because the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Authentic Ethiopian Food - Healthy and Delicious - Edit
I noticed Injera by chance while walking by and was attracted by the big sign proclaiming vegetarian and vegan options. It turns out that the restaurant just opened a week ago (beginning of June 2019) and is a wonderful authentic experience for Ethiopian cuisine. Everything about Injera was great from the delicious food to the extremely friendly service and the traditional decor. The menu is short and simple, half vegan and half non-vegan dishes (I was told that non vegan dishes are prepared using separate dishes). We shared the two person vegan meal, which included Injera (traditional ethiopian "bread"), a lentil stew, a slow-cooked vegetable stew, a salad, and a really unique ethiopian-style chickpea hummus. These stews may change a little depending on the day. I thought the Injera served at this restaurant was the best out of all I have tasted in the past (although i will admit that i am not super experienced with Ethiopian food). After the meal, the owner served us a traditional Ethiopian snack of roasted wheat. The meal was very reasonably priced, and also included a couple of soft drinks (I enjoyed a can of tropical fruit juice - just a can but tasted great and it was a brand I have not seen in the past). It is worth noting that this restaurant is not fancy but rather a small local store in an older area of the city - but dont let this deter you from the delicious and authentic experience.
