Great vegan lunch

I love their lunch menu, they replace its non-vegan components by more beans and lentils. Tasty, healthy, prize is okay.

Interesting food and fair prices!

I really like their take away offer for students. You get a mix of two Injera, an Ethiopian traditional flat bread, and a mix of different curries and veggies, for 12 CHF take away. The staff is well informed what is vegan and the food is rich in flavor and versatile.

Mediocre location

When I got there they were remodeling so I can't speak to the interior or the food. However the location is half underground in an ugly concrete building so I can't imagine the atmosphere will be that great.

just one vegan option - but it's delicious

Their menu has never changed as far as I know and there is only one vegan main and no vegan starter, so you probably won't go here every week, but the vegan main is well worth a visit.

Their vegan option comes on an injera and is eaten with your hands. The injera and the toppings are absolutely delicious and you can order more injera if things are getting messy on your plate. You can have single dishes or a shared injera for two or three (usually people order the shared option).

Dessert is just run-of-the-mill fruit salad or ice cream.

Staff is friendly, but sometimes you have to wait for ages until you get served. Depends on the waiter, one of them is very slow.

Pros: delicious vegan injera

Cons: no vegan starter, no imaginative vegan desserts

Interesting food

It is a big restaurant, but still cozy. Super friendly stuff. there are 4 or 5 main dishes. One of them is vegan. It is fantastic!

Pros: Healthy, Interesting that you can eat with your fingers.

Cons: Just one vegan menu

Good Ethiopian Meal

We all had the veggie plate which has different 6 veg [possibly vegan] items on top of the injera bread. Yummm!

Pros: yummy, friendly staff
