Really good but skimp on cheese

I’m not usually a big fan of vegan cheese, but I really love that Inizio’s uses a homemade version instead of Daiya or other brands — it makes a big difference. The pizza is delicious, but last time I ordered, there was barely a dollop of cheese on each slice. I always ask for light cheese since I’m not crazy about it, but this time it was a little too light, even for me. And I hadn’t ordered it to be light. A bit more would’ve made it perfect!
