Family-run vegan with DELIOUS Food! - Edit

I first tried Inika foods when they were selling their delicious vegan food in various farmer's markets. The two main owners are twins, and their mother helps as well - a real family business. They cater as well, and I've been to some parties featuring their food and it is always amazing. So glad to see they finally have a brick and mortar place. The food is delicious and fresh and the menu changes daily - the specials are always great. So glad to see a family business succeeding these days - they really deserve it.

Pros: Great food, Reasonably priced, Look for their specials

First booth I visited at the Yellow Green Farmers Market. The person staffing the booth was super nice and informative. The food was excellent; I got a hot a falafel pocket and a vegan chocolate chip muffin. They have a microwave on-site to warm up food; the pocket was very warm, great for the very rainy day.

The muffin was fresh-baked, big, and generous with the chocolate chips. I haven't had a good muffin in a long while, so it was a treat. They also have gluten-free options.
