Great fun vegan Thai cooking class - Edit

We did a massaman curry and pad Thai. Both adapted to be vegan. There where plenty of options to choose to cook, all of which can be made vegan. Some dishes traditionally vegan.
Our dishes turned out great and we had a great time.
We were given 8 free digital cookbooks.

Vegan Thai Cooking Class - Edit

We found this cooking class through their well designed website and chose a 3 hour class for two.
The communication in advance was very friendly and we chose two recipes to cook that day:
Vegan gluten-free green curry and a vegan rice curry (which I highly recommend)

We met at the Bo Phut fresh market to shop all the necessary ingredients for our curries. Stéphanie and Peedam guided as through the shopping process and explained all the different greens and veggies we would need for creating two curry pastes and our final meal.

After shopping we went to the beautiful spacious kitchen where our hosts explained every step of the food preparation process, but let us do the actual work which was great.
We really enjoyed our time with Stéphanie and Peedam (who used to work in our favorite restaurant on the island) and also enjoyed the amazing self-prepared authentic Thai dinner.

Don’t miss your chance to take this very exclusive cooking class with a multilingual host.
We absolutely loved it.
