Out of focaccia - Edit
They should sub tofu for the cheese without charging extra. Almost all the salads have cheese in them.

Tofu 1 for life! - Edit
The Tofu 1 sandwich is simple: Baked San Diego Soy Dairy tofu with sliced red onion, tomato, mixed greens and chile veganaise. I always get on the house made focaccia—the best part of the sandwich and frankly the restaurant overall. In fact I'd go as far as calling Influx's focaccia one of the best local breads made in all of San Diego.
