I loved it, 8 steps of vegan food

Last month we were with my husband and daughter at Infini dinner, where we had a lovely experience, they have a special 8-course vegan menu, the total experience lasted almost 4 hours, you can see how they cook, they bring it to your table and they explain each dish always including an Aruba supplier.

Incredible

I would give it 5 stars if I could.

The vegan chef’s table is creative and absolutely delicious. Each plate was similar to the plates that the non vegan diners received, but with a vegan twist. Carrot instead of meat, beets instead of shrimp, coconut ice cream instead of dairy, etc. Everything homemade with attention to every detail.

If you are visiting Aruba, spending an evening at Infini deserves a place on the itinerary. It is a meal and an experience that you won’t soon forget.

Outstanding Chef tasting vegan dining experience

I can’t believe that I am the first one to review this incredible restaurant! It was recommended on FB group Vegan Travel and IG vegan consultant @vegan aruba.
Reservations are required. I enquired about a booking for myself and there was one spot left. I knew that there would be vegan options but my fault for not asking about pricing.
Anyways it was a 4 hour dining experience involving 8 courses which began outside on the patio with a glass of spumante being offered. All dining guests were invited inside and seated then began the incredibly prepared vegan dining experience for me. I think I was the only one vegan of 18 people. The preparation of each dish was meticulously and individually prepared. The chefs would explain each dish’s ingredients and I was given my dish description separately yet in great detail. I honestly can’t tell you the dishes’ ingredients but the fruits and vegetables were fresh, the surprise combination of some ingredients were incredible ( thinly sliced cucumbers with coconut ice cream and coconut flakes for dessert!) A lot of vegan gels were used on the dishes. There were 8 courses to sample, the last two being dessert plus a beautiful gift box presented with a vegan coconut cake for me and a copy of the menu. There was also a wine pairing option as well. I am not a wine drinker and am not sure if vegan but the explanation of each wine- region, taste etc given by the manager was impressive.
Honestly I have never experienced anything like this. Superb, attention to detail, excellent presentation. If I had known the price beforehand I might have balked. It was $169 USD for chef tasting experience plus $25 service charge, but it was my first ( most likely only time will ever do this) chef tasting experience with the ultimate in first class service and dish presentation, first time in Aruba to celebrate my birthday that week so chalked it up to the most unforgettable vegan dining experience in my life and a must try experienced at least once in your life! Glad I experienced it in. Aruba! 💚

Pros: outstanding attention to detail by chefs, incredibly beautifully presented dishes, attentive service by all staff

Cons: not a dislike but it is expensive
