wish they had more vegan stuff - Edit

there's a daily soup that's always AV in vegan version which is so cool! i really love their home-made bagels, best in town! wish there were more vegan options though. the Asian bagel with roasted tofu, cilantro and PNB is amazing, but I would be happy to find at least one more vegan bagel on the menu.

Pros: daily vegan soup , awesome staff

Cons: only 1 vegan bagel option

1 vegan option. - Edit

You shouldn't say vegan options, when there's only 1 option.
When that is said, I liked that 1 vegan bagel. I was full afterwards and the tofu in it, was yummy:-)

Just One vegan option - Edit

This small place only had one vegan option, with an asian twist. The flavour was okay, but kinda dry. I was full afterwards.

Pros: Really tasty freshmade juice

Cons: Only one vegan option

Yummy! - Edit

This place is great. People seem to have complained that there is only one vegan option, but there are plenty if you are creative as all of their bagels are vegan. They will put whatever you want on a bagel! I usually just get the whole wheat sesame bagel with their amazing homemade peanut butter. They also offer a vegan soup daily and yummy juices! It's around 500 forints for a bagel with peanut butter (under $2). The staff also speaks English well!

Pros: cheap, fast, delicious

Cons: small place

Bagels in downtown - Edit

This little (very little) shop in downtown Budapest offers a few vegetarian bagels and only one vegan option.

I had the "Asian bagel", with tofu and peanut sauce and it was very tasty; the tofu was well seasoned and the bagel itself was very well cooked.

For coffee they have non-dairy milk.

Pros: location, friendly staff

Cons: only one vegan option, soup is not vegan

IÑEZ bagel shop in down town - Edit

IÑEZ is a bagel shop in down town, next to Toldi, a few minutes walk from Basilica. They primarily serve bagel sandwiches, cold pressed juice and coffee. As of writing this, they have couple of vegetarian options for the bagels, and there’s one vegan option (called “Asian” with tofu). Their daily soup offer is mostly lacto-vegetarian. As for the coffee, they have rice milk. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Pros: friendly staff, rice milk for coffee, nice vibe

Cons: very few vegan options, small place, only suitable for quick eating
