Went for dinner with my non-vegan parents and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the vegan chicken caesar salad and the snickers pie for dessert. Both amazing. Only thing I wasn’t so keen on was their kombucha

We had a really good time at Indómitos (actually already twice) because the food was excellent, the staff was super friendly and the place itself is beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of love in decorating the place and also in preparing the food. High quality ingredients only and almost everything is vegan on the menu. All of the cakes and pies were! We would love to come back more often.

After going to the waterfalls in the morning, this is the perfect place to cool down with a nice smoothie bowl and other vegan food. That's what I got: a cappuccino with soy milk and an amazing tropical smoothie bowl. Great place, great staff and great food!

Read moreThey have a lot of vegan options, most of the items on their menu are vegan. They serve burger, burritos, bowls, several side dishes and a few breakfast options. We tried the burgers, the falafel hummus duo and some dessert options and everything tasted great! Keep in mind, some of their sauces are quite spicy.

We ate the beyond beef burger and a "chicken" & mushroom wrap.
Read moreWhen you order a burger you can choose your bun, the veganaise and a side. It was really good.
The wrap can be ordered with or without real cheese and tasted really savory. It comes with avocado, a mixed salad and a tomato salat.
All there desserts are vegan and sugar free and really good!
The service was really nice and fast.

Almost everything is vegan, and it was very difficult to choose from the menu simply because everything sounded so damn delicious. I had a the breakfast burrito (all day breakfast!!) which I can’t find the words to describe… And my partner had a burger (which was so good too). Such a great experience, we will definitely try to make the most of our stay here and eat there again!

The burritos vegan cheese melted in my mouth like it was always meant to be there. After a long sweaty drive back to my hotel, it held together like a champ… rich in flavour and dense in nutrients. It resembled a brick. A beautiful brick. Oh they took a little bit longer than expected so they gave us a free choco peanut butter cup. Heck yes!

Tras recorrer en bici desde Carate hasta Uvita a lo largo de una semana y como veganos encontrar que costaricans siempre están dispuestos a modificar platos para hacerlos aptos para nosotros pero nunca va esto más allá de retirar productos animales y aumentar alguno de los otros. Con esto, cubres tu alimentación sin problema pero no esperes ninguna Alegría culinaria. Así que encontrar un lugar (casi) totalmente vegano con una docena de platos deliciosos, más sides, más smoothies, cafes y tres postres exquisitos, todo en una tranquila súper cool terraza y con un staff super friendly pero atentos. Pues no me quedó otro remedio tras cenar que volver para desayunar😁

We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is so relaxed, the service is great and the staff is just amazing! Everything on the menu is vegetarian and most of the dishes also have vegan options as well. We loved especially the burrito (with vegan cheese) and the vegan omelette (the one with Kale!). They also have delicious smoothies and the snickers pie is to die for! 🤤

The food was super nice, same goes for the drinks and the dessert. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had the la montaña burger and the burrito, for dessert we chose the snickers. Soooo good. The place itself is super harmonic, beautifully decorated and we also really enjoyed the music.

The burrito that we had was out of this world; it was fluffy almost like soufflé- can you imagine rice and beans soufflé with vegan cream?!? It was melting in the mouth and surely the best burrito i’ve ever had, including my pre-vegan times in the best Mexican places! The atmosphere is very cozy and the service is fast and pleasant. Highly recommend.

We have come here multiple times on multiple visits to CR. Lovely environment, wonderful staff, and delicious food! Our two favorites are the Indomitos Burrito & the burger. Unique, top notch flavors, and the salsa on the burrito is a must! Also, the desserts are delicious and the staff gave helpful local tips. We look forward to returning here again!

Ate here with 3 family members. We ordered the Raw Rainbow Salad, De La Montaña burger, Falafel burger with gluten free toast & the Patacones. The De La Montaña burger was the most tasty. The Raw Rainbow salad was large and also nice. The Patacones were the least favourite. All in all, it was good. Worth a try for sure.
