Sfeervol restaurant waar je heerlijk vegetarisch kunt eten, bijna alle gerechten waren vegan dus ook daarin voldoende keuze. Diverse gerechten konden naar wens worden aangepast en ingrediënten weggelaten of worden toegevoegd. Vooral de burrito is een aanrader!

Fui con otras 7 personas no veganas a las que les encantó. Yo estuve encantado, además la comida no decepcionó, de haber estado más días seguro que habríamos vuelto. Pena del horario local ya que a las 8 llegamos y tuvimos que ir corriendo porque cerraban, culpa nuestra.

Read moreI had the (Beyond) burger (all buns are homemade as well as their sauces), topped with melted vegan cheese, fries and paired with a good dark beer (highly suggest the Jungle Breaz- Black Lager)!
My wife had the Tico Burrito and onion rings, paired with a rum-tropical drink— both meals we shared with one another and walked out of there very satisfied, well priced/budgeted and wishing we weren’t staying so far away because we could’ve eaten there every day we stayed on the Pacific side of the country!!
I wished the United States had vegan restaurants with great food selections and made with such love & appreciation as they do here!

Beautiful restaurant with amazing staff. We tried:
Read morePatacones: so good, they came with 3 different dips and all of them were fantastic (beans, guacamole and pico de gallo).
Onion rings: the best EVER! And the garlic mayo it came with was delicious.
Aztec soup: the portion was smaller compared to the other dishes, but it came with a huge amount of avocado on top. Very nice.
Tropical smoothie bowl: with a delicious granola and huge pieces of fruit, worth every colón.
The drinks were delicious aswell! The best piña colada I’ve had.
We came back and tried:
La montaña burger in two different version (different bread/sauces) and it was absolutely delicious.
Caesar salad: delicious, great sauce, HUGE portion.

We came here twice during our two day visit in Uvita. We did not want to go anywhere else. They have very yummy meals (green salad with tofu rocks) and desserts. Tasty kombucha. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I fully recommend this place!

We were amazed to find such high-caliber food in such a small town! Though vegetarian, this felt much more like a vegan restaurant with the majority of items on the menu vegan. The food was exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant could easily thrive in a big city with lots of vegan competition. Creative flavor combinations of healthy, but delicious ingredients make this place a winner. Add a calm, beautiful setting and this place is worth going out of your way for!

Wonderful place! We visited 2 times in a 2 day trip to Uvita. Tried two different salads, both were very fresh and huge, the burgers were delicious and the chocolate pie was amazing!!!!

Milk options are oat, soy, almond and coconut for 800 colones.

Indómitos has quickly become one of my favorite places in area. I'm making my way through the menu because we eat here a lot. I recommend their Playera and Falafel salad bowls, their Golden Lemonade, Cocoa Love bowl, and any of the vegan omelets. Not only is their food wonderful, I enjoy seeing the people who work there and the ambiance. Thank you for being in Uvita!!
