I’ll have to try something else.. - Edit
Ordered the Dal Tadka (yellow lentils) and it was mostly liquid with like 10 lentils in it. A bit disappointed, but I’m willing to try again and order something else because the flavor was good, it was just like a watery soup. The staff was very nice and friendly, and knew exactly what to recommend when I asked for vegan options.

One of the best Indian places I have eaten at! - Edit
I was in the Jackson Mississippi area traveling through Mississippi. There are not a lot of vegan restaurants so I went to Reddit and looked up places that might have some vegan options and this was one of the suggestions and it did not disappoint! I got the aloo gobi (cauliflower and potato), bhindi masala (okra stir fry), and the chole (garbanzo beans chana masala). All three were some of the best dishes I have had in a and definitely talk to your Indian food for the South. Everything was flavorful, the spices were just right, and the portions and price were decent. The waiter was very knowledgeable about vegan items and knew because I was vegan to not add ghee to my food. Would definitely come back if I was in the area.
