One of the best Indian restaurants! - Edit
I love Indian food and my favorite was back home until now. The flavors are wonderful and delicious. You can smell the amazing aroma from the parking lot. Many of the dishes are spicy and I really like that. Good flavor. Great atmosphere, and beautiful restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Every dish we had was delicious!!!!

Our new favorite restaurant - Edit
Indian Breeze is a fantastic addition to the downtown food scene and, while it's not readily apparent, created by the chef/owners of our favorite Fort Myers restaurant, India's Grill.
Read moreEverything and everyone, from the hostess, our server Anto, the food runner and the owners could not have been more welcoming, thoughtful or gracious. In addition the interior design is beautiful, modern, sleek and is easily one of the best looking restaurants in the area.
We started with Lasuni Gobi, fried cauliflower florets served in a delicious and moderately spicy garlic sauce. The portion was large enough for two to three and was served piping hot and the flavor was outstanding.
For our entrees we ordered Tandoori Shrimp and Lamb Rogan Josh (both at their hottest spice level) plus Lamb Kheema naan (naan stuffed with ground lamb). If you haven't had it the lamb stuffing takes humble naan to a whole new flavor level!
All were absolutely delicious, served in a timely manner, not too fast or too slow, and the portion sizes were generous. The shrimp were beautifully charred but remained so tender and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The spice level was very hot but to make sure we were really satisfied the chef/owner, unexpectedly, sent out a bowl of his family recipe Phaal. That did the trick!
Obviously we totally enjoyed our experience and while we didn't try the vegetarian/vegan options there are plenty to choose from and we cannot wait for our next visit to Indian Breeze. Highly recommended.

Authentic delicious flavors/generous portions - Edit
One of the best tasting Indian foods that we’ve eaten in the city. They utilize the Indian spices with just the perfect flavor profiles, they’re actually distinctive with large textures so that you can taste several in each bite. They are just a tad pricier than most of the Indian restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, the portions are extremely generous, leaving with leftovers each time.
Read moreThe staff is extremely vegan knowledgeable, there’s a separate place on the menu for veg only with at least six different vegan dishes by default. Great service and a classy soothing ambience, a little pricier than some others, but they give you huge portions, and the flavors are delicious. My favorite is the Buddha delight, I usually have Korma at Indian restaurants, but they cannot make theirs vegan, however I actually enjoyed the Buddha delight more than korma, as it was bursting with flavors! I like that they use organic vegetables when possible. JUST BEWARE.. there is a “V” marked next to several of the Naan breads which denotes vegan, but actually the server stated they are not vegan. If you desire bread, you can order to Roti which they stated was vegan. Also the salad is marked with a V, however, the only dressing they offer is a non vegan ranch that is served with that salad.
Pros: Delicious flavor profile , Vegan knowledgeable , Large portions
