Cross contamination!!

Ordered a mushroom Jalfrezi which was under the menu titled ‘vegetarian’.

Lucky for me, I get anxious about eating out at new places, so I always check the food before I eat it. All looked well until I found a piece that looked like chicken.
I enquired and was told it was, and that it was cross contamination from the chicken curry. It made me feel sick and anxious.

The waiter was apologetic and offered a free dessert and took it off the bill but I’m still quite upset about it.
