The atmosphere is a mix of lavish palace meets comfortable, unhurried place to relax. I would have felt equally comfortable on a date night as I was in traveling clothes, small child in tow. The service was warm and the food was delicious and unusual. We love Indian food of many regions but the addition of Nepali and other Himalayan specialties would bring us back again and again if we lived locally. They have a separate Vegan menu that makes it easier, but other Vegetarian and Vegan dishes are interspersed throughout the main menu, too. Our favorite dish was the saag tofu. Panneer was one of the hardest dairy items for me to give up when I went Vegan, and this saag non-paneer is better than any dairy version I've had.
